Shipping policy

MARLA currently ships with the following carriers:

·     Puerto Rico: Islandwide or UPS (Free Shipping on all orders $275+)

·     USA: USPS or UPS

Shipping days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays or weekends, please allow 1-3 business day for processing time, in will include the tracking number once the order is completed and ready to be ship.

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-5 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary. Please note that international shipments will arrive 2-3 days later than normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions and customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. MARLA is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. MARLA is not responsible for theft or damage.
